About this role
A supplier of curated designer furniture & homewares are seeking a detail oriented and enthusiastic Customer Service and Showroom Manager to be based in their inner-west showroom.
In this role you will receive all inbound enquiries, ensuring they are responded to or escalated in a timely manner whilst providing exceptional customer service. This role will also be responsible for maintaining the showroom space, meeting & greeting all clients and customers.

Your skills and experience
Passion and interest in the Interior Design industry (qualification highly desired) Previous experience in a customer service or showroom position Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, colleagues and stakeholders Ability to work autonomously with excellent time-management skills Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
