Customer Service & Showroom Representative
About this role

A supplier of curated designer furniture & homewares are seeking a detail oriented and enthusiastic Customer Service and Showroom Manager to be based in their inner-west showroom.

In this role you will receive all inbound enquiries, ensuring they are responded to or escalated in a timely manner whilst providing exceptional customer service. This role will also be responsible for maintaining the showroom space, meeting & greeting all clients and customers.

Key responsibilities 

Overseeing the smooth running of the showroom, ensuring it is well-presented and stocked at all times Providing world-class customer service to both in-person and online customers, addressing inbound queries promptly and professionally Identify areas for improvement based on enquiries and feedback  Collaborating with the wider marketing and sales teams to plan and execute in-store events and promotions Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners

Your skills and experience

Passion and interest in the Interior Design industry (qualification highly desired) Previous experience in a customer service or showroom position Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, colleagues and stakeholders Ability to work autonomously with excellent time-management skills Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
