We are hiring for a Customer Service Specialist with fluent German and English to cover a maternity leave. The job is located in Terrassa (Barcelona) and offers 60% of remote working.
In this position, the selected candidate will be handling customers' purchasing orders and developing strong relationships with the assigned accounts, to support the sales team to continue market growth in DACH region.
This role is best suited for candidates with strong communication and administration skills & the ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, administration, or logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Process, monitor, and follow-up customers' purchasing ordersEnsure effective service and administrative support for the assigned customerProvide delivery commitment to customers and follow-up on order activity, to alert customers and sales team in case of discrepanciesManage invoice creation, corrections, and the return of the material activitiesReceive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, and availability, through an efficient and friendly communication with customers, to maintain excellent customer relationshipsCoordinate internally with other departments, such as sales, logistics, finance, and production, to keep all aware of customer activitiesRelevant Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logisticsWorking knowledge of MS Office packages and OutlookKnowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms and CRM are an assetFluent German & EnglishFlexibility, ability to multitask, to manage time and to adopt to changesPro-active attitude, ability to take decisions when necessary, and to be a time playerWhat we do we offer?
