CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

We are searching for a talented supply chain professional for our LATAM Customer Service team. This is

a critical role within the business to ensure that not only we are taking care of our external customer’s

needs, but that we are accurately synchronized with all internal stakeholder’s guidance.

 

THE ROLE

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

 

Executes all customer order processing tasks from receipt to invoicing  Coordinates with warehouse and transport for shipment timing and updates Interfaces with Demand Planning for inventory outages and forecast updates Responds to customer’s needs and inquiries regarding orders, shipments, processes, etc Works closely with Commercial team to execute business plans and regularly provides SAP reporting to the multi-functional team Track arrivals at port with transport and share confirmations with Finance Advises Sales team on the usage of incoterms combined with the best modes of transportation (sea, air, truck)

 

 QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

 

High school diploma required; college degree preferred Proven customer service and order management experience  Experience in SAP order management  Experience with and knowledge of international import and export processes and delivery terms required Bilingual Spanish and English required Experience with Microsoft Excel required Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy in all tasks and reporting Ability to work in a changing environment
