Based in our Natchitoches, LA location, you will work the Materials team in customer communications. You will assist in scheduling loads, communicating with management on delivery performance, and working closely with other departments to ensure successful planning. **As a Customer Service specialist, you will:** This position creates shipment plans to meet Customer demand.
