Excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join a dynamic and well-established team. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing a high level of customer service at all times. Resolve customer issues by providing information, solutions, or escalating the issue when necessary. Process orders and handle returns, refunds, or exchanges. Manage customer records and update account information as required. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide product feedback. Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement in the customer experience. Requirements Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and courteous. Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
