The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for all local customer service activities and processes for food customers.
Core Responsibilities:
Fully responsible for customer service function.Update PO received in timely manner and process order.Handle all local delivery, direct indent shipment.Invoice to customer in timely manner.Liaise with transporters for the delivery.Liaise with warehouse for delivery arrangement or any stocks issue.Always support Go-to Market team.Qualified candidates will have:

Diploma / Bachelor degree in related fieldWork experience in Customer service field in manufacturing industryEnglish and Bahasa Melayu fluency, both written and spokenDesirable requirements:
SAP system experience is advantageousMandarin language is desirableRequired behaviors and skills:
Good communication skills and experience working on a team.Good organization skills, attention to details and ability to multi-task.Ability to be highly adaptable, flexible and desire to learnMust be self-motivated, initiative and able to work with minimal supervisionRelocation Available:
