Job DetailsUnder broad supervision of the Customer Service Manager, you will become an integral part of our team, acting as first point of contact for our customers on an international level. Our Customer Service teams works closely with other offices around the world as well as vendors and governmental agencies to find optimal solutions for our customers complex logistical needs. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Engage in effective personal communication with customers, colleagues and suppliersMaintain effective relationships with clients and proactively support their complex needsEnsure all shipments and customs requirements are handled according to company and international regulationsCalculate, prepare and present quotes for external and internal customers in line with established guidelines and policiesReact flexibly to deviations in shipments and provide customers with suitable and efficient solutionsGenerate sales leads and collaborate with sales on identification and development of potential and existing accounts.
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, logistics or operationsFluent in English and GermanEffective oral and written communicationAbility to represent a positive and professional imageAble to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines; possess exceptional time management skills and attention to detailStrong problem solving, analytical and investigative skills to bring issues to resolutionFlexibility in working shiftsProficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
