Be available for customers by e-mail/chatOrder management: registration, requirement and feasibility checks, communication to customersOpen order management: link with internal departments as QA, Supply Chain, Product Management and Manufacturing to fulfill customer requirementsProactive communication with customers on any changes for order fulfillmentReceive and process complainsSupport activities and campaignsProvide customers with information regarding products, services, prices and delivery timesHandle reservations and contractsResponsibility for invoicing activities, order & shipment tracking
