We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join a multi-billion dollar company that manufactures and sells hundreds of wellness and beauty products all around the world.
This really is a special role, where you will join a fun and friendly team in brand new offices by Touchwood Shopping Centre. Access to a new on site gym, free parking and an incredible benefits package!
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 DOE
Working hours: a rotation of x3 shifts, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm – 9:00am – 5:00pm – 10:00am – 6:00pm.

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional mannerResolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiencyProvide detailed information about the products and servicesProcess orders, returns, and exchanges accuratelyMaintain customer records and update account information as neededCollaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfactionIdentify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancementRotating hours working in the product retail shop onsite and serving customersOccasional Reception coverThe ideal candidate:
Previous experience in customer service or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in using customer service software and toolsA passion for wellness and beauty products is a plus
