Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Specialist / Order Processor to join our clients team in Framingham. In this role, you will manage the order lifecycle from processing orders and reviewing Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy, to generating invoices using QuickBooks and calculating shipping costs. You’ll communicate with customers for PO revisions, handle inquiries, and send payment reminders and on-hold notices. Additionally, you will assist with product returns, issue credits, and support administrative tasks like specific industry reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
