Customer Service Specialist
Description Answer inbound calls from customers seeking advice on recently purchased products regarding set-up, best practices, or general product questions Answer customer questions via phone regarding company products, new products, and advise on what products would be best fit for the individual customers Process through order replacements, warranty, and returns for customers via phone and email Troubleshoot products with customers via phone, ultimately guiding them toward the correct replacement part Skills Customer service, Customer support, call center, mechanical attitude Top Skills Details Customer service, Customer support, mechanical aptitude, technical aptitude Additional Skills & Qualifications 6+ months of call center Proven mechanical aptitude - this can come from previous work experience or from personal hobbies/interests Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
