We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Croatia. The role involves supporting Bulgarian clients, ensuring clear communication and efficient management of orders and complaints.

CS specialist tasks
Processing orders accurately and on time, as well as communicating with customers via phone and in writing Receiving various requests and providing information about products, received orders, or complaints Entering orders into the system and issuing approvals Working with internal systems necessary for business operations Handling complaints – receiving, processing, issuing approvals, communicating with customers and production, and managing complaints in the internal system Closely collaborating with other company departments Preparing and analyzing relevant reports based on supervisor specifications Performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
The candidate must also have:
excellent knowledge of the Bulgarian language, written and verbal English language – communication level computer skills (Microsoft Office, the Internet and Outlook); knowledge of SAP an advantage a friendly, impartial and flexible approach to work related tasks; working experience on the same or similar position (a preferable requirement); strong organizational and time management skills good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

We are hiring a one-year replacement position; office location – Novigrad or Zagreb. The expected start date is immediate or as agreed. Students are also considered.
