Our client, a dynamic player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of the fulfillment operations supporting various internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Service Specialist
**Location:** Hollywood, FL
**Pay Range:** $18 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Order Processing & Fulfillment: Coordinate and execute all aspects of order processing, including packing and shipping of customer service orders, with attention to detail.
+ Shipping & Logistics Coordination: Plan, schedule, and oversee all inbound and outbound shipments, working closely with couriers and various service providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
+ Inventory Oversight: Monitor daily inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for order processing, and address any potential shortages.
+ Reporting & Data Management: Maintain up-to-date records on inventory levels, order status, and shipping logistics; produce regular reports to track performance metrics and stock availability.
+ Issues Management: Resolve inventory and shipping discrepancies and communicate updates to the customer service team.

+ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
