We are looking for a HSE Supervisor join our HSE team. Based in Tetla – Mexico.
Main responsibilities:
1. Work directly with customers via phone and email on a daily basis.
2. Enter and follow up on Customer purchase orders in designated systems (OET and SAP).
3. Be a source of contact for customers, ensuring accuracy, quick responses to questions and problem solving.
4. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and establishing a positive relationship with each one.
5. Be a communication bridge between sales and other internal areas (Logistics, Planning and Production)
6. Work closely with production, manufacturing and shipping scheduling to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries.
7. Maintain the Customer claims process, ensuring traceability and resolution of any problems.
8. Generate reports with analysis requested by sales management and/or sales support management.
9. Manage bidding contracts and follow up on their correct execution.
10. Participation and management of continuous improvement projects
11. Ensure compliance with the requirements, standards, policies and procedures of the ISO 9001, TL 9000, 5S's, LEAN and SIGMA SOS systems, monitoring and promoting their application and observance throughout the Company, in order to align all activities carried out with its Organizational Culture.
12. Other activities that may arise at the request of management
Who are we looking for?
FORMAL EDUCATION: Professional
Professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
1 to 2 years of experience in related positions
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: (Desirable)
Intermediate English, Knowledge of Sales in the industrial field, SAP, Negotiation, manufacturing processes and Customer Service.
GENERAL COMPETENCES:
Proactive, excellent communicator, negotiation skills, results-oriented, leadership.
