Provide high-class customer support that will contribute to profitable sales results for the Company. Support the sales strategy through efficient and timely responses to internal and external customers.
Essential tasks and responsibilities
· Responsible for customers/distributors within a certain region
· Order entry - follow up, and communication with customers/distributors
· Dealing with telephone calls of customers/distributors in different languages
· Interface between customers/distributors and the different operational departments
· Complaint handling and follow up
· Close communication with the quote team on special offers and projects
· Dealing with return shipments / credit notes and financial follow up
· Active participation in updating/improving existing processes and initiate new processes in order to improve the customers’ experience.
Minimum requirements/qualifications
· Bachelor/master degree (languages, marketing, any relevant experience)
· Excellent knowledge of software packages (word - excel – one note - teams)
· Excellent knowledge of languages: Dutch/French/English/German
· Customer-oriented attitude is a must
· Time management and organizational skills
· Problem-solving attitude
· Team player
· Skills of effective communication with internal and external customers through multiple means such as email, teams, telephone and in-person discussions
· Ability to multitask to meet deadlines
· Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization
