Position: Customer Service Specialist (Maternity leave)

Main Purpose of Job

Customer Service – Order Entry, Inventory Management and field support

Key Responsibilities

Primary Objectives

Customer Satisfaction

Operation excellence

Ensure all PO and non PO orders are processed accordingly

Apply with procedures

Top responsibilities

Order processing and follow through order fulfillment

Promptly address customer and sales force queries on processed an in process orders

Monitor consignment stock levels and coordinate/follow up stock counts

Compliance with local/Corporate policies and procedures

Inventory management

Main competences

Ability to deal with complaints tactfully, calmly and politely

Team player

Overcome obstacles

Quality commitment

Minimum requirements: Skills and experience 

High school degree – preferred 2 years post high school

Proficient in Order Processing software and Microsoft Word

Superior customer oriented telephone skills

Basic product and cath lab processes knowledge

Efficient record keeping skills

English - B2
