We provide a wide range of customer service such as enrollment inquiries, benefit inquiries, claims review, adjustments and processing, and assistance with the online member portal. Answering inbound phone calls regarding a customer's health plans Making outbound / follow-up calls. Welcome calls to new members as needed. (No cold calling) We provide a wide range of customer service such as answering questions regarding covered and not covered services, reviewing claims, and making adjustments to denied claims Building customer relationships Operating accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Handling multiple responsibilities at one time Smiling as you speak with our customers, our customers can hear the smile What Skills You Will Need At least 1 year of prior experience in the health care field, strongly preferred Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned Ability to attend 100% of paid classroom training program Self-motivated and able to work independently Computer proficiency with applications Caring and active listening skills Sensitive and articulate written and verbal communication skills Eighteen (18) years of age or older on or before hire date Minimum education of a High School diploma or GED Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment. They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service Additional Information
