**Customer Service Specialist – Burnsville, MN**
**On-Site Position**
**Mid Shift:** Sunday - Thursday: 11AM - 8PM (1 hour break)
**Mid Shift:** Tuesday - Saturday: 11AM - 8PM (1 hour break)
**Mid Shift** **:** Friday - Tuesday: 11AM - 8PM (1 hour break)
**Pay Rate:** $17.70/hr (English Speaking Only); $18.80/hr (French + English Speaking)

**Summary**
The Customer Service Specialist position is responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to BMW Connected Drive customers, following program guidelines and call center standards. Call types can range from walking customers through vehicle troubleshooting steps, to urgent in nature; stolen vehicle, accident assistance, break down, and officer requests.
**General Job Responsibilities:**
+ Respond to incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information about the BMW Performance Center Driving School Programs and Events.
+ Book customers for BMW Driving School Programs using a web based reservation system.
+ Track customer waitlists, voucher verification requests and refund approval requests using a web based CRM platform.
+ Maintain accurate customer records and notes in respective systems to support the program.
+ Develop customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyalty
+ Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
+ Process tickets using a web based system to escalate customer issues as needed
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum of High School Diploma/GED
+ 0-2 years of experience working in a call center environment
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and web based applications
+ Knowledge about brand loyalty and concierge services
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to engage with customers and create a positive customer experience
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily work processing deadlines
+ Ability to work effectively without supervision
+ Strong in leadership, empathy, communication, and team orientation
