Our client, a service distribution company in Naperville is looking for a temporary Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate has experience working in a call center environment and is comfortable managing multiple systems. This is an onsite role that is a temporary position with the possibility to hire. This position is onsite 8-5pm Monday-Thursday with an opportunity to work from home on Friday's after training.
Responsibilities
· Respond according to emails that come through from customers.
· Answer inbound telephone calls.
· Work with internal teams to resolve complex customer inquiries.
· Always present a positive demeanor.
· Maintain knowledge base of current practices, procedures, and policies for each department.
Qualifications:
· At least one year of call center, customer service, or office administrative experience
· Strong communication skills, time management skills, and organizational talent.
· Computer savvy
