Description Job Title: Customer Service Team Leader Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to manage and guide our customer service team. This role is designed for an individual with a proven ability to lead teams in customer-facing environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong focus on performance management, service excellence, and fostering a high-performing, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: + Inspire, coach, and mentor a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance. + Effectively resolve customer concerns, ensuring prompt, professional solutions while maintaining service standards. + Monitor and assess team and individual performance metrics, utilizing data to provide constructive feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans. + Work closely with other departments to address customer needs, align efforts with organizational goals, and ensure a seamless customer experience. + Utilize technology to track customer interactions and enhance quality of services. + Deliver training programs to ensure team members are well-versed in customer service best practices, KPIs, and the use of relevant tools to maximize productivity and satisfaction. Requirements Key Qualifications: + Proven experience leading teams in customer-facing environments + Strong background in addressing escalated customer issues. + Expertise in improving team performance metrics through the use of KPIs + In-depth understanding of CRM tools and other customer service platforms/technologies that may aid in providing customers with exceptional service. + Proven track record of using KPIs to improve customer survey scores and team performance. + Ability to work well with others and tailor one’s management style to the needs of others.
