Customer service Technician II

Responsibilities:

Dedication to 80-20 overserve strategiesThe candidate would be expected to understand and assign the Salesforce casesSAP SD - Creating/modifying, Displaying SO, Quotations to extract the information.

Screens and Logs ETO orders, utilizing established standard operating policies & procedures, along with system tools, guide sheets (BOM), drawings, and various job aids.Utilizes strong attention to detail to review PO, quote, correspondence, and other documents, ensuring that all order details are present, accurate, and properly documentedResponsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutionsSupport corporate initiatives designed to overserve our customers while providing an effortless customer experienceResponsible for daily planning and prioritizing of work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.With Initial Direction & Supervision, take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasmWork with internal teams with a high sense of accountability and urgencyWork with multiple departments to assure orders are processed accurately, managed and shipped in a timely manner to customer expectations; as well as resolve customer issues regarding order shipment issues such as damaged, late, or incorrect productsDevelop a strong product/process knowledge and participate in training initiatives

Required Education / Experience:

Diploma(preferred)/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering1+ years of experience in handling preferably Gearing Products inside Sales or Customer facing channels in Industrial product environmentExperience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC) Experienced Preferred.Experience with Oracle &/or SAP (or other ERP systems)Experience navigating and utilizing corporate websites & eCommerce platformsDemonstrated mechanical or technical aptitude strongly preferredStrong communication/interpersonal & organizational skillsCustomer first/focused approachAbility to manage an intense daily workload with a strong attention to detailAble to show situational adaptability and resourcefulnessExperience with business tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Windows Operating Systems required.Basic to Intermediate Excel Skills preferredDemonstrated patience and approachability with other team membersTeam oriented with the ability to work in a highly dynamic team and fast-paced environment with continuous challenges
