Customer Service / Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service / Warehouse Supervisor to join our Komatsu team in Gillette, WY. This position is responsible for supervising warehouse technicians, customer service specialists and transport driver.   

Key Job Responsibilities

Customer Service Responsibilities are as follows:

Supervise and assist with prioritizing customer requests for quotes, bids and lead times. Oversee and train employees on policies and procedures for order entry, return good authorizations and credit memos, review expediting and open order reports. Evaluate customer orders to determine accuracy and evaluate components based on availability.  Act as the liaison between the CSR’s and Account Managers/departments for major outages and parts purchases. Review order entry activity for proper data collection requirements

Warehouse Responsibilities are as follows:

Responsible for inventory in Gillette and Evansville, WY. Assist with Inventory Cycle Count process in Gillette and in Evansville, Wyoming to ensure counts are done correctly and inventory moves are documented correctly.  Monitor and maintain warehouse racking, the yard and main warehouses where parts are located. Ability to be on-call when there are scheduling conflicts arise. Functional backup for the Customer Service / Warehouse Supervisor counterpart. 

Truck Driver Responsibilities are as follows:

Work closely with Truck Driver to schedule and prioritize trucking needs and utilization. Work with truck driver on any maintenance costs as applicable. Be a liaison between all groups/regions when hauls need to be accomplished. Qualifications/Requirements 4-year degree is preferred or applicable work experience. Ability to use Microsoft Office. Experience working in an ERP environment (SAP and CDK is a plus).  Excellent knowledge of accounting & warehousing processes. Highly motivated, with strong communication and analytical skills.  Mining and Construction industry experience or related OEM heavy manufacturing. Ability to handle stressful situations, problem-solving, decision-making ability. Ability to travel to other regions for support and/or training. Valid driver’s license. Additional Information
