Apply now for the position of Apprenticeship - Customer Service Engineer for Campania and Puglia regions and you will be trained in 30 months as Customer Service Engineer, learning how to install, configure and maintain Healthcare Diagnostic equipment with reference to Computer Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance (MR) within the designated area.

The open positions are two: one for Campania and another one for Puglia.

Your role:

Reporting to the Customer Service Territory Manager you will learn:

How have a customer’s face to face relationship.how ensure complete execution of all preventive maintenance on the assigned assets.how work with Project Managers and Application Specialists to successfully implement complex solutions.how interact with the Customer Care Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues.how report in a timely manner all potential issue to the dedicated Complaint Unit

Your expertise:

You are under 29Resident in Campania or Puglia areaDegree in Electronic Engineering or high school diploma in ElectronicDigital Healthcare general knowledgeFluent in English (written and spoken)Windows, Excel, Word knowledgeWillingness to travel within the assigned area and across Italy as neededAvailability to travel mainly in South Italy, occasionally in other Regions and abroad
