Customer Services Professional Medium Voltage & Systems (m/f/d)

Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation Customer Service is a growing department that offers long-term service partnerships for Medium Voltage Equipment (M.V. Switchgears, M.V. Circuit Breakers, Inverters, Protection and Control Systems). These services include preventive inspections, repairs, spare parts, monitoring and diagnostics, modernization and retrofits, extensions, and service contracts.

Our goal is to grow by staying close to our customers and providing the best solutions to enhance the availability, transparency, management, and performance of their assets. We are seeking a Customer Service Professional with experience in field service and troubleshooting for this service portfolio.

What are the main responsibilities?

Technical Support to sales, after sales, project management and warranty management.diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, providing step-by-step guidance for troubleshooting and resolutionIncident analysis and resolution in a reasonable time to get the customer satisfaction: Get the necessary information and in case of need, go on site to check and detect the problem. Analize the collected information.Find out how to solve the incident and define the materials and resources to do it, in case of need, with support from the factory.Communication with the customer, explaining the resolution.To clarify and answer technical enquiries. Supervise, execute and adequately coordinate on site, all internal and subcontracted resources for the correct execution of the works, in those works that require additional resources or technical personnel.Place transfer orders for projects.Support to stablish the schedule and execution other tasks assigned to him/her.Provide technical support to staff and subcontractors with instructions on the tasks to be performed, for the safe and correct assembly, as well as maintenance of medium voltage switchgear and low voltage cabinets and accessories.

Who are we looking for?

A candidate with the following knowledge and skills: 

High technical degree in Electricity, Electrical technical Engineer or similar qualification.At least 8 years’ experience in assembly, commissioning, repair and maintenance of air-insulated and SF6 Medium Voltage switchgear, as well as vacuum circuit breakers.Analyze and implement assembly, mechanical, layout, developed, and single-line diagrams to ensure precise construction and system setup.Create and update test protocols, as well as assembly, operation, and maintenance manuals, ensuring clarity and accuracy for operational processes.Experience in project management and supervision of technical activities in the field.High level of English, both written and spoken.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as a user.Basic knowledge of EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety), with a focus on safety.Availability to travel for work purposes, adapting to different locations.
