Customer Services Rep
Our client in Dallas, TX is seeking an Outbound Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Deal Origination team supporting the company's growth in identifying and connecting clients with relevant M&A and investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a resilient attitude, and a natural curiosity which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Outbound Customer Service Rep **Location:** Dallas, TX **Pay Range:** $25 per hour **This is a Temporary project** **What's the Job?** + Make outbound calls to customers to provide assistance, follow up on inquiries, or promote company offerings. + Maintain a polished, professional, and courteous phone demeanor at all times. + Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. + Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. + Document all interactions and update customer records accurately in the system. + Meet or exceed performance targets, including call volume, customer satisfaction, and retention goals. + Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information. + Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions. **What's Needed?** + Proven experience in a outbound calling/sales role or similar environment for at least 2 years. + Ability to build rapport across all levels, from small business owners to time-constrained executives. + Strong written and oral communication skills, including fundamental presentation abilities. + Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage.
