CoWorx Staffing Services has an immediate openings for a skilled Customer Service Representative with our premier client located in Cypress, CA.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Title Management team. In this fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with title management inquiries, resolving issues, and processing title documentation with accuracy. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a seamless and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with title-related inquiries and requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Process title transfers, releases, reassignments, and other documentation according to state and company requirements.
• Resolve title discrepancies by researching, documenting, and following up on cases until resolved.
• Provide accurate and thorough information to customers about title processes, policies, and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments, dealerships, financial institutions, and government agencies to obtain and verify information.
• Use our Loan and Title Management systems to enter data, update records, and track case progress with high attention to detail.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelines, ensuring all title-related activities are performed accurately and timely.
Desired Background/Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service, title management, or a related field; experience in a high-volume, fast-paced call center is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow precise procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex or escalated issues.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, title management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a high-demand environment.
• Familiarity with title processing regulations and state requirements is a plus.
Other Information:
Monday-Saturday, 5 days per week, hours vary
Start times are flexible based on the individual and can be between 6:30 am- 10:30am
End time will be between 2:30 pm- 7:00pm based on start time for 7.5 hours per day
• 6:30 am- 2:30 pm
• 7:30 am-3:30 pm
• 8:30 am-4:30 pm
• 9:30 am-5:30 pm
• 10:30 am- 6:30 pm
Pay rate ranges based on experience between $18-22/hour
