Our client, a global company that provides professional solutions and services in Waltham, is seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with the hours being either 11am to 8pm or 12pm to 9pm ET. This role does have the opportunity to turn permanent, consisting of duties such as understanding the processes, products, and services that the company has to offer to deliver exceptional customer service. This position is compensating between $18 and $20 an hour depending on experience. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!

Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of systems, processes, products, services, and customers by attending and fully engaging in formal and informal training/ mentoring sessionsEngage in self-directed learningDevelop an in-depth knowledge of all systems, tools, templates, and processes used within the departmentDeveloping and maintaining relationships with internal teamsCollaborating with peers and management to continuously improveProvide exceptional customer service by receiving and responding to inbound customer questions in a timely mannerProvide comprehensive responses to customer inquiries and escalate advanced technical issues to technical supportEscalate customer complaints to a manager or senior customer service representative, providing detailed background information for all escalations, ensuring the highest level of professionalismMaintaining timely and accurate records of all activities in accordance with company policyPromote and articulate the value and benefits of products and services, collecting information and securing orders for new customers, escalating potential enterprise leads to the sales team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university2-3 years of customer service in an e-commerce setting or retail field preferredExperience of customer interaction across multiple channels-email, chats, phones, website formsDemonstrating strong problem-solving skills and analytical skillsDemonstrating strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skillsDemonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrating strong interpersonal skills Utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Typing proficiency: 40-60 wpm A1400054MS_1733262963 To Apply for this Job Click Here
