We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our location in New Port Richey, FL.  This is a scripted call center position where you will handle inbound calls from our customers. 

POSITION SUMMARY:

Will handle Cash DepositsOnline New ServiceWalk inData entry back up-web leadsFollow the company phone scripting on all callsWork in a fast paced, cooperative, high call volume environmentWork in conjunction with other departments to resolve customer disputes and issuesInteract with customers and records interaction information into computerTalk with customers by phone or in person and receives orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in serviceDetermines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records, and issues discontinuance ordersAdjust complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaintsDeliver services to customers in a manner that promotes goodwill. Interact with customers and Waste Connections employees to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints, and seeks cost-effective, safe environmentally sound solutions to service issuesComplete additional tasks as assigned by managementTraining all new employees and temps when necessaryComplete any company assigned training programsPromote Waste Connections standard operating procedures, which assure efficient environmentally correct and safe workplace practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of Call Center Customer Service experienceExperience with MS Word, Excel, and Email preferred. Typing and 10-key skills are requiredExcellent organization and communication skillsExperience in collectionsVETERANS are encouraged to apply.
