**Shift:** **Wed, Th, Fri, Sat, and Sun (12pm – 9pm)**
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Customer Support & Coordination:**
+ Handle service calls, scheduling, and parts ordering.
+ Confirm appointments and communicate effectively with customers to enhance their experience.
+ Ensure the readiness of equipment for patient care and monitor customer requests.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
+ Support service personnel, such as Regional Service Managers and Customer Service Engineers.
+ Document customer issues and escalate as needed.
+ Facilitate cross-functional awareness to avoid conflicts that may negatively impact customer operations.
+ **Service Delivery:**
+ Manage competing priorities and ensure that service activities align with customer contracts.
+ Handle service scheduling, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ **Education:** Associate degree or equivalent experience.
+ **Experience:** 2-5 years in a customer service role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
+ **Skills:**
+ Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve key performance indicators.
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on customer needs and urgency.
