Job Title: Customer Solutions AdministratorJob Description
The Customer Solutions Administrator will work cross-functionally and be responsible for providing solutions to our representatives and internal customers. The goal of the role is to help provide a better experience for our employees, 3rd party representatives, and end users, ensuring quick and effective resolution of their needs.
Responsibilities
+ Customer Relations: Confers with appropriate personnel and responds to customer inquiries and complaints.
+ Equipment Orders: Reviews customer purchase orders and project information sheets, informs customers of ship dates, anticipated delays, and additional information needed. Coordinates order acknowledgment for credit review presentation to Accounting and Manufacturing representatives, places orders into ERP Systems, ensures accuracy of representative’s commission and shipping charges, routes orders to departments for processing, and notifies representatives of delivery dates.
+ Parts Orders: Reviews and enters orders into ERP Systems, creates shipping labels for parts shipment, delivers packets to the shipping department, creates work orders as needed, and inputs tracking numbers and weight into ERP Systems.
+ International Parts Orders: Manages and processes international parts orders.
+ Reporting: Provides reports on back orders and maintains daily logs.
+ Drop Shipments: Coordinates drop shipments of certain parts to vendors.
+ Warranty Orders: Validates warranty orders and processes returns in coordination with the Quality team.
+ Maintains all list prices in ERP Systems.
+ Files sales order documents in cabinets.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with logistics and supply chain management.
+ Strong administrative and data entry skills.
+ Proficient in reporting and using ERP Systems.
+ Ability to manage customer relations effectively.
+ Minimum of 2 years of logistics experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ College degree preferred.
Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, in a fast-paced environment that fosters growth and development for dedicated individuals.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
