The Cloud Infrastructure Acquisition team (CIA CoE) is responsible for enabling and optimizing the foundation that supports infrastructure delivery for Land, Energy, Networking, and Datacenter Planning through efficient processes, data driven decision making, innovation, and automated and integrated tool sets.
As a Customer Solutions Architect, you will design and develop enterprise-level architecture that enables comprehensive and cohesive business strategy, anchored in value delivery and realization. This includes evaluating the overall maturity level of the organization across processes, people, and technology to create a clear picture of where investments are needed to address capability gaps and unlock full potential. This position ensures a repeatable and efficient approach to evaluating both operating and business models to support organizational change efforts, specifically focused on transformation. The Business Architecture function will be responsible for translating our OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and business initiatives into a refined strategic Business Value Roadmap with functional definition and clarity, while championing business case development for funding and approvals. A successful candidate will bring a quality and scalability mindset, while cultivating a customer-focused, innovative, and collaborative team culture.

This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must ​relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location. This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 50%.
