Customer Solutions Associate
Our client is seeking a Customer Solutions Associate to join their team. As a Customer Solutions Associate, you will be part of the Customer Service department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a creative problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Customer Solutions Associate **Location:** Solon, OH **Pay Range:** $25.39 per hour **What's the Job?** + Identify and resolve demand capture failures within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA). + Regularly monitor open orders and collaborate with customers and cross-functional partners to resolve blocked orders. + Contact customers regarding Out of Stock or Stock Allocation issues and propose resolutions. + Collaborate with the Billing team to resolve any billing issues that require customer contact. + Provide 360° visibility on the status of orders to customers and internal teams. **What's Needed?** + Undergraduate degree strongly preferred. + 2 – 4 years’ experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Order Management or related fields. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret data effectively. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with SAP, BW, and Business Objects preferred. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. + Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and operational reviews. + Develop long-term relationships and trust with customers and stakeholders. + Be part of a team that values customer service and operational excellence. + Gain experience in a critical role within the supply chain process.
