The function You are the technical SPOC for the customer You provide the customer with timely and correct technical information on the various DANA off-highway products You establish and maintain strong customer relationships You support all stages of a customer project in order to ensure that, in the end, the customer is getting the appropriate products/features for their machine application according to their provided specifications and desires. You support the development of new Dana products with application knowledge and requirements definition You promote a teamwork environment raising the overall performance of the entire global Customer Solution Engineering community Your profile Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent 3-6 years of diversified experience in design, development engineering, or applications engineering as related to the off-highway, drivetrain/powertrain, or related mechanical industry Passionate about Off-Highway vehicles Strong communication skills, including customer presentations, project review meetings and status reports Able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment, having excellent interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills capable of handling multiple priorities under pressing deadlines Ability to travel (approx. 20%) to customers, Dana plants, other divisions, suppliers,... Speak, read, and write fluent English (knowledge of other languages like Spanish, Italian, Dutch, French, and/or German is an advantage) Our offer An exciting job in Bruges, at one of the market leaders in the development and manufacturing of drive systems.
