What's the Job?
Close sales on assigned products or customers and generate leads for closure. Inform customers of company promotions and persuade them to purchase additional products or services. Manage pipeline and forecast responsibilities in accordance with sales center business processes. Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients to maximize value. Collaborate with field sales and other teams to ensure seamless account coverage.What's Needed?
Two-year university/Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience. Typically 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in IT. Direct experience interacting with customers in technical, administrative, or call center roles. Solid telesales skills and the ability to listen to customer needs.
