Job DescriptionWe are seeking an insightful, motivated, high-potential person with aspirations of pursuing a future sales career.
As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will work as an integral part of a sales team in driving initiatives to provide intelligent, creative, sustainable solutions to a high number of retail and apparel accounts. In this position, you will support the team by providing and analyzing reports, identifying account trends, and sharing insights to partner with customers in moving the business forward. This role requires regular customer communication to provide information, answer questions, and develop and maintain strong partnerships. As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you also sustain internal account management processes and best practices to meet and exceed sales quota targets.
Your Responsibilities:
Understanding the customer’s business model and goals, and our role in enabling their success
Establishing partnerships with key contacts within the assigned customer base and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer loyalty
Maintaining a regular cadence of customer communication
Managing item catalogs, price lists, and order reports
Collaborating with global teams to resolve order, quality, service, or deployment issues
Assist in preparing and managing financial and supply chain forecasts
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement within the end-to-end sales process, implementing best practices, and proactively addressing anticipated customer needs
Coordinating with global teams across Avery Dennison to support sales growth, facilitate order flow, resolve issues, and drive key projects and initiatives
QualificationsUniversity degree (BS/BA) or equivalent preferred, business management or sales majors strongly preferred.
Previous experience in the retail apparel industry is strongly preferred.
Must be strong at analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.
Outstanding internal and external communication and customer service required.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to independently prioritize workload.
Flexible with a willingness to learn
