Customer Success Agent
Description We are in search of a Customer Success Agent to join our team in the machinery and worktools industry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where you will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and success. As a Customer Success Agent, your duties will involve managing customer inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining customer records, among other tasks. Responsibilities: • Take ownership of customer success by ensuring they receive significant value from our service • Act as a customer advocate to personalize the customer experience and minimize customer effort • Analyze and address customer concerns independently, providing timely and adequate solutions • Utilize self-help tools to troubleshoot and assist with technical issues • Maintain strong knowledge of our products and services in Milwaukee and use this knowledge to serve customers better • Actively engage in cross-functional collaboration with various support business units to resolve inquiries • Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency • Maintain precise customer credit records • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status • Strive to resolve inquiries in one call whenever possible • Commit to meeting a daily target of customer interactions. Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience in a customer success or similar role. • Proven experience in a call center, including high volume and fast-paced environments. • Familiarity with call center operations and metrics. • Proven ability to resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly. • Experience with computer data entry and typing data entry. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel. • Demonstrated ability to create and share customer success stories. • Experience in a machinery or work tools industry is desirable. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a team-oriented setting. • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
