Description We are offering an opportunity for a Customer Success Agent in the Machinery/Worktools industry located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role involves a contract to permanent employment opportunity where you will be responsible for driving customer success and delivering exceptional experiences to our valued partners.
Responsibilities:
• Execute as a dedicated customer success agent in an Inbound Call Center setting
• Guarantee minimal effort on the customer's part by personalizing their overall experience
• Analyze and address customer concerns independently, providing timely and adequate solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and utilize self-help tools for assistance
• Leverage strong knowledge of our products and services to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key support business units to resolve inquiries in a one-call resolution
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Utilize Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel for data entry and communication purposes. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Success Agent role or similar position
• Proven experience in a call center environment, including inbound call center operations and high volume call centers
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced call center and meet call center metrics
• Solid background in providing call center customer service
• Previous experience in handling and resolving customer complaints
• Proficiency in computer data entry and typing data entry is essential
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel
• Track record of creating or contributing to customer success stories
• Preference for candidates with prior experience in the machinery/worktools industry TalentMatch®
