Description We are in search of a Customer Success Agent to join our team in the Machinery/Worktools industry, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be a key player in driving customer success by delivering exceptional service experiences. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where you will be managing customer relationships, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver elite service experiences to our valued customers, acting as their dedicated and empowered agent.
• Analyze and address customer concerns independently, providing timely and adequate solutions.
• Utilize various self-help tools to troubleshoot and assist with technical issues.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of our products and services, applying this understanding to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key support business units to resolve inquiries, aiming for one-call resolution.
• Ensure the customer's experience requires minimum effort on their part by personalizing their interactions.
• Handle a high volume of customer calls with a sense of urgency and a focus on quality service.
• Keep up-to-date and accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring all data entry tasks are completed efficiently.
• Utilize Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel to manage tasks and communicate effectively with the team. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a customer success role, preferably within the machinery/worktools industry
• Proven experience in a call center environment, including customer service, operations, and working with call center metrics
• Ability to handle high volumes of calls in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with both inbound and prior call centers
• Demonstrated ability to craft memorable customer success stories
• Proven ability to resolve customer complaints in a detail oriented and timely manner
• Proficiency in computer data entry and typing
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel TalentMatch®
