We’re searching for a USA based Customer Success Associate to join our Customer Success team focused on our iCoach product, so that we can establish, build, and maintain relationships with our iCoach customers after implementation. The Customer Success Associate will leverage their understanding of our product offerings to ensure customer satisfaction and capitalize on growth opportunities. How You’ll Spend Your Time + Build, develop, and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term growth and sustainability of accounts + Act as primary point of contact for customers for all tasks related to product and offerings, including escalation of issues in order to expedite resolution + Identify revenue generating opportunities within customer accounts to capitalize on growth opportunities + Partner with customers in order to lead initiatives related to training, solution updates, and overall communication surrounding the product + Configure the iCoach product to meet the customer’s specific needs What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having + Previous experience in a customer facing role, such as account management or customer success + Proven success managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail + Highly effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal + Ability to travel 10% of the time to visit with customers on site + Sincere interest in healthcare technology + A knack for working collaboratively within a close-knit team By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
