You will join a team of client-centric Customer Success professionals providing product support and knowledge for our digital solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Executive who develops and delivers technical training related to the organization's products. They would also collaborate with the product development teams to update and ensure the accuracy of our training materials. The CSE would also provide product training to internal teams and customers.
 

Responsibilities

Planning and executing user meetings and events for database users.Providing database training and support to both new and existing customers.Sharing updates with product managers, reflect them in presentations, and update sales teams.Maximizing customer value and satisfaction, focusing on subscription-based services and related products.Maintaining and growing business by building relationships with companies, law firms, universities, research institutes, and government agencies.

Requirements

Have business level English and Fluent Japanese capabilityExperience in Excel and Tableau is highly welcome. Very interested in those with experience in using AI tools.Hold an Bachelor's degree or higher in education.Experience in client facing work such as sales or customer service preferred.
