Customer Success Manager, German Speaker (Open Application)

Position Overview: 

At Autodesk, true Customer Success comes from the heart, and our culture is built on a "customer first" philosophy. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Barcelona office. In this role, you will help customers with Enterprise Business Agreements (EBAs) achieve long-term success through various services aimed at accelerating their business goals and driving adoption. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Accelerate adoption of solutions by prioritizing projects and support activities for the best ROI. 

Establish measurable criteria for success/value capture and assist in building organizational alignment. 

Develop and execute Customer Success Plans for Enterprise accounts to ensure broad adoption of Autodesk solutions. 

Collaborate with internal experts to translate customer challenges into business solutions. 

Become a trusted advisor and thought leader by promoting compelling insights. 

Coordinate with consulting and support teams to manage delivery and adoption risks. 

Create and manage account documentation including reports, proposals, and business assessments. 

Develop close relationships with key management sponsors within named accounts. 

Drive account growth strategy with the wider account team. 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue growth. 

Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building. 

Understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue models. 

Strong financial acumen and process-oriented mindset. 

Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

Fluent in German and proficient in English. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Post-sales/customer success and sales experience. 

Experience in the Manufacturing Industry. 

Program Manager or consultative experience.
