Advertising Solutions is T-Mobile’s fast-growing advertising technology business. In this role, your knowledge of online media, and programmatic data, combined with your interpersonal skills and analytical abilities craft how new and existing businesses grow. Using your skills of influencing and relationship-building, you provide world-class client service, research, and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your clients.

Our team will partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We advise clients on our broad range of products across video, display, and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences and insights.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for account management of direct clientsResponsible for the business development (upselling and cross-selling)Manage and develop a strategy for long-term sustained successProvide campaign updates and ensure that our advertisers are satisfiedProviding insight to client around trends around market data in the sales ecosystems. Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities.

Education:

High School Diploma/GED (Required)Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Work Experience:

2-4 years Advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media. Experience working with Ads Products (Required)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Advertising Sales Experience with advertising sales and media account management. (Required)Digital Strategy Understanding of the industry's challenges, a vision for its growth, and a dedication to advancing forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.(Required)Direct Sales Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Total Target Cash Pay Range: $96,900 - $174,800, inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $67,830 - $122,360

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
