Job Description

You’ll join Xplor Spot - the team that develops business management software for the Dry Cleaning Industry. We offer business owners a robust software system, which handles customer management, invoicing, production, pickup and delivery plus much more. Our software helps thousands of dry cleaning and laundry operators build highly profitable businesses – with less stress, and better control over their growth.

ROLE

Customer Success comes from the heart. You have the best customer management and business consultancy skills around. You’re passionate about engaging your customers and expanding their use cases. You have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that you work with. If this is you, there are a lot of people who are adopting our product and we would love your help in taking care of our customers!

Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfactionEstablish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and servicesTroubleshoot problems or issues with Spot products or servicesEducate customers about SLAs on response times to new or known issuesAdvise Product Strategist on business prioritiesWork to identify and/or develop upsell opportunitiesAdvocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentallyPerforms other related duties as assigned by managementHost quarterly business reviews as directed by management

QualificationsPrior experience in Customer Success, Account Management or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retentionProven ability to drive continuous value of a productFamiliarity working with small-medium sized businessesImpeccable written and verbal communication skillsDetail and process oriented and analyticalStrong team player but still a self-starterThrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly3+ years of relevant experienceProficient in Office softwarePrior experience in closing sales deals at the executive level a plusYou’re driven: No one needs to push you to excel; it’s just who you areEager to learn, adapt and perfect your work; you seek out help and put it to good useYou want to help and serve our customers: They win, so you winExperience with Salesforce a plusExperience in the dry cleaning industry a plus
