Job description

Infosys is seeking Customer Success Manager. This role is to help enhance and expand our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Healthcare product offerings. Join a team of highly motivated technology team that work at startup pace in a large corporation.

Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the USBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.11 years of Software services or Software product experience.5+ years of overall experience with a Software product organization as a Customer success manager or aboveExperience with enterprise scale Program Management of Digital Transformations in Payer, Provider or PBM Organizations8+ Experience working with Payer, Provider or PBM OrganizationsKnowledge of software development security, cryptography and Cloud security.Knowledge of various open-source software and development tools3+ years of SaaS implementation experience is strongly preferredStrong & effective communication.Experience with a variety of problem-solving techniques.Knowledge of Plan Sponsor & Product, Enrollment & Billing, Provider Data Management, Provider Network Management, Claims, Encounters, Medicare and Marketplace Risk AdjustmentMust have Agile Product Development MethodologyStrong analytical ability with exposure to data science and automation.Thought leader on process improvement methodologiesAbility to work with distributed teams in India and US and across time zones.Take complete ownership for ensuring success of all implementations.Communicating and facilitating discussions/decisions and impacts to key stakeholders across customer organizations both with business and IT teams.Demonstrate core SaaS platform features and capabilities to key stakeholders across business and ITTrack and manage billing for 2-3 tenants.Implementation and deploying software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications with popular public cloud platforms and Integrating SaaS Products with on-premise systems.Be the first level of escalation for 2-3 tenants and be able to pull together internal teams to resolve critical issuesManage and present monthly and quarterly platform and team metrics to SLT levelsSupport development, monitoring and track implementation project plans that includes internal and external teams.All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.


Preferred Qualifications:
• Sound knowledge and experience on Agile. SAFE Agile experience certification is preferred
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Good Communication and Analytical skills

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
