As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you'll be a trusted advisor ensuring clients maximize the value of Company's software. Collaborating with project managers, technical consultants, and client stakeholders, you will drive user adoption, enhance client satisfaction, and deliver measurable ROI. Responsibilities: * Client Management: Build strong relationships, schedule check-ins, gather feedback, and analyze software usage * Performance Monitoring: Report on KPIs and client project performance * Training & Support: Conduct training sessions, troubleshoot issues, and enhance software proficiency * Feedback & Improvement: Collect client feedback, recommend best practices, and prepare progress reports * Growth Strategies: Drive contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and contribute to product enhancements * Community Building: Foster client engagement through forums, success stories, and case studies * Strategic Planning: Align software usage strategies with client goals and adjust success plans as needed * Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure client satisfaction * Data-Driven Decisions: Use customer data to inform strategies and operational improvements * Leadership & Communication: Host customer review meetings and report to senior leadership
