Role Background:

Are you passionate about championing customer success and driving growth? Kyriba is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve long-term success with our innovative software solutions. As a CSM, you'll be instrumental in delivering value through every interaction, resolving challenges, sharing best practices, and educating clients on product enhancements. You’ll take ownership of customer retention and expansion, building trusted relationships and acting as a solution advocate.

What you will be doing:

Foster and maintain trusted relationships with customers, championing their needs within Kyriba.

Understand and exceed customer expectations to drive satisfaction.

Actively solve customer issues, escalating when necessary, and ensure a satisfactory conclusion.

Provide insights and knowledge to help customers maximize their system usage, including promoting Kyriba Training packages.

Collaborate with Account Managers and customers to develop and implement a comprehensive Success Plan or Maturity Roadmap.

Work with internal teams on client programs focusing on renewals, satisfaction surveys, marketing events, and more.

Perform detailed data analysis, discover compelling insights and develop action plans with customers to help them achieve their goals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information and documentation in Salesforce.

Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer interactions.

What you will be bringing:

At least 7+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally in a SaaS environment.

Sales and commercial acumen with experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or similar fields preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

Strong time management, organizational, and project management skills.

Thrive in a dynamic, growing team environment.

Willingness to travel up to 30% to meet with clients onsite.

Excellent English, other languages would be a bonus (German, Italian, French, Spanish).

Degree in Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Business Management, or equivalent preferred.
