We seek a Customer Success Manager to develop client relationships, drive customer success, and grow our support revenue.

What you will do 

Help customers improve client retention and success by offering timely resolution of issues and working as a trusted advisor to your clients. In this role, you will work with our customers to improve the value of their investment in Oracle’s SaaS portfolio.

Work with customers and the account team to define and detail the customer’s business objectives and definition of success (return on investment). Bring together baseline metrics and demonstrate success with the Oracle Fusion offering. Educate customers on the Oracle ERP/EPM/SCM/CX and HCM SaaS strategy & value propositions as well as new product features and functions to audiences ranging from Senior Leaders to technical partners Position Oracle’s value proposition as part of our overall business solution, linking these benefits back to the key business issues of the client Build C-level relationships with customer executives and help them craft organisational change programs to expedite users' Cloud adoption Be the customer strategic guide to share industry trends, standard processes, driven insights, and product roadmap, Participate in Quarterly business reviews with customers' senior leaders & key business partners You will work as member of the DACH-BeNeLux Customer Success Field Team assigned to set of up to 8 Customers in these countries German language skills are mandatory Occasional travel to visit Customers
