Customer Success Operations Specialist

Our Customer Success Operations Specialist will coordinate and work with Orkin’s field and sales operations as well as the customer’s food safety QA team. Qualifications The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements): BS in Biology or related, MS Entomology preferred 5-10 Years experience in the commercial pest control business with special emphasis on food retail, food processing, manufacturing, warehousing, healthcare facilities or other sensitive environments Strong interpersonal, customer service, communication, MS Office Skills Excellent organization skills and be very detail oriented Work independently or with a team to achieve organizational goals Physical Demands / Working Environment: We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks.
