Customer Success Representative Astronics Subsidiary Location Description Astronics-PECO, located in picturesque Clackamas, Oregon near the foothills of Mt. Hood, designs, certifies, manufactures, and sells a wide range of products to commercial, government, and military markets throughout the world. The Max-Viz enhanced visions systems (EVS) are designed and certified for use as an improvement to safety by a vast array of airplanes, helicopters, and unmanned-aerial-vehicles in the commercial, government, and military marketplace. PECO-Controls are well established temperature control devices designed for applications where high quality is a must, such as the hospitality industry, commercial cooking, and other critical applications. We are looking for a **Customer Success Representative** to support our Aerospace team. If you are a highly organized, multi-tasking communicator this maybe the role for you. To be the most successful you will have a high level of attention to detail, enjoy data entry, and be able to work in cross functional teams. You will need to be able to keep yourself on task as well as take direction from leadership. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:** + Accurately process orders for merchandise received by mail, telephone, or E-mail, or personally from customer or sales team into computer system. + Handle inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales. + Maintain open communication with customers such as Boeing, Airbus, and Embraer. + Inform customer of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer. + Maintain computer data system with correct ship dates. + Communicate with engineering, planning/materials, warehouse and production floor to insure timely completion of work orders. + Coordinate with engineering to assure timely execution of product development. + Coordinate as appropriate, quality matters and engineering changes between company and customer. + Compile statistics and prepare various reports for management. + Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer's questions and requests. + Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers. **Desired Training, Skills, & Experience:** + High school diploma and 3-5 of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. + High level of accuracy with data entry. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Motivated and dynamic problem solver. + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable learning new computer programs. + Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram or schedule form. + Able to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments. + Capable of working collectively with all members within the organization. + Able to research and analyze various types of data information. + Able to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, and software manuals, write routine reports/correspondence. + Able to analyze and respond to issues and to influence other parties in order to proactively address those issues. + Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. **Employment Eligibility Requirements:** US Person (under ITAR rules) An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a pre-employment background and drug screening (including cannabis).
