EF Experience Specialist / Customer Success Specialist Location: Cambridge, Denver, Austin Application Deadline: Monday, February 3rd Start Date: Mid-Late February 2025 Your Opportunity: Your mission at EF Educational Tours? You will play a critical role in supporting the full lifecycle of our customers – teachers who are leading their students on international educational tours. In this sales and account management focused role, you’ll increase our customers’ long-term loyalty by making sure their group is fully prepared and excited to travel. As part of our Sales Organization, you will collaborate with stakeholders to create long term sustainable travel programs, making EF easy to love and hard to leave. Your dedicated support and sales instinct will ensure success through creating opportunities to retain travelers, building loyalty with your teachers, supporting repeat sales conversations, and generating referrals. What You’ll Do: Answer Group Leader questions through our live drift chat Support our Tour Preparation Team with various projects Once you have your territory you will own and manage the success of 125+ travel programs between enrollment and return from tourGrow travel programs in schools by generating referrals and working with colleagues to create opportunities for growth and repeat sales Build relationships with customers by answering questions, proactively addressing departure concerns, providing tour-related expertise Maintain our best practice of responding to customers within 48 hours Use your knowledge of EF procedures to work with your colleagues and successfully solve pre-tour, on-tour, and post-tour challenges.Collaborate and strategize with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience and overall growth in your territory Support teachers and work with your colleagues to guide emergency situations successfully while groups are traveling.Sell a product that truly changes students’ lives by being fearless, focused, and loving where you work! You can successfully balance the needs of the customer and business and know how to prioritize and manage your time effectively to maximize efficiency. You enjoy collaborating with your colleagues and feedback is important to you.
